The Highland Coo Creamery started with a simple idea: give Elora a warm, welcoming spot where neighbours could gather over good comfort food and a great cone. Tucked a block off the main street, we've grown into one of the town's up-and-coming favourites — one friendly visit at a time.

We've proudly served Elora and the surrounding area for 5+ years, churning small-batch soft serve in a huge variety of flavours and plating up the kind of food that feels like home. When you walk in, you're not a number — you're a guest, and usually a familiar face by your second visit.

Everything we make leans on local: Ontario dairy, nearby producers, and the community that keeps us going. Dine in, grab takeout, or reserve a table for a birthday or a big group — we'd love to have you.
